3. Bookings and Payments
- Advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- The advance amount is non-refundable but may be adjusted for rescheduled appointments if notified in advance.
- Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the service.
- Dheeksha’s Makeover accepts payments through approved methods only.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for rescheduling.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Rescheduling is subject to artist availability and must be confirmed by Dheeksha’s Makeover.
5. Product and Rental Policy
- All jewelry, accessories, and floral items provided for rent must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Any damage, loss, or delay in return will incur additional charges or deposit deductions.
- Fresh flower items and customized accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information during booking and ensure punctuality for scheduled appointments.
- Dheeksha’s Makeover is not responsible for delays caused by client unavailability or incomplete information.
- Clients are advised to perform a patch test before makeup application if they have sensitive skin or allergies.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Dheeksha’s Makeover is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages resulting from the use of products or services.
- The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
